What’s Included:

  • Lunch is included in both the Pre- and Post- Summit events.
  • Breakfast & Lunch are included in main Summit (Fri/Sat) registration.
  • In addition, there will be coffee breaks and receptions with refreshments each day – all included in registration.


Options:
There is a special Companion Pass for $125.  This ticket is intended for people who will accompany a Summit attendee, but do not wish to participate in all the daily events and/or programs.  The Companion Pass is available when you register your full Summit ticket and add an additional attendee.

The Companion pass includes the following:

  • Thursday – Welcome activities
  • Friday – Keynote programs
  • Saturday – Keynote programs
  • Admission to the Trade Expo each day

The Companion Pass does not include:

  • Meals (breakfast and lunch)
  • Daily General Sessions (each morning)
  • Breakout Sessions (morning and afternoon)


The Friday Only ticket includes the following:

  • Friday General Session
  • Friday Breakout Sessions
  • Friday Meals (Breakfast & Lunch)
  • Admission to Trade Show on Friday
  • Keynote programs


The Saturday Only ticket includes the following:

  • Saturday General Session
  • Saturday Breakout Sessions
  • Saturday Meals (Breakfast & Lunch)
  • Admission to Trade Show on Saturday
  • Keynote programs

Scheduling: There are no other events scheduled on Thursday or Sunday, only the Pre/Post “Advance” classes, which require separate registration.  All other events are included in your Summit registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Written requests for registration refunds or cancellations must be postmarked on or before February 1, 2015. There is no charge for cancellation prior to November 1, 2012.  Beginning November 1, 2014, summit registrations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.  Pre-summit and post-summit Boot Camps will be refunded less a $20 processing fee.  No refunds will be made for requests submitted after February 1, 2015.  Refunds will not be made for no-shows regardless of the reason.  The program is subject to change.  NANPA reserves the right to cancel any event or activity due to insufficient registration or any unforeseen circumstances. It also has the right to substitute presenters if those originally scheduled cannot attend.
