Full Registration Includes:

Super Sessions Registration Includes:
Admission to a single pre-conference or post conference session. You must register for each session you want to attend. Lunch is NOT included with Super Session registration fee.

Companion Pass:
There is a special Companion Pass available.  This ticket is intended for people who will accompany a Summit attendee, but do not wish to participate in all the daily events and/or programs.  The Companion Pass is available when you register your full Summit ticket and add an additional attendee.

Scheduling: There are no other events scheduled on Thursday or Sunday, only the Super Sessions, which require separate registration.  All other events are included in your Summit registration.

Consent to Use Photos: Attendance at, or participation in, NANPA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by NANPA and other third parties.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Written requests for registration refunds or cancellations must be postmarked on or before February 1, 2017. There is no charge for cancellation prior to November 1, 2016.  Beginning November 1, 2016, summit registrations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.  Pre-summit and post-summit sessions will be refunded less a $20 processing fee.  No refunds will be made for requests submitted after February 1, 2017.  Refunds will not be made for no-shows regardless of the reason.  The program is subject to change.  NANPA reserves the right to cancel any event or activity due to insufficient registration or any unforeseen circumstances. It also has the right to substitute presenters if those originally scheduled cannot attend.
